Description

This is a villa dating from approximately 1860. It is constructed of local gault brick with a slate roof, and has hipped and end stacks topped with saw-tooth detailing and original chimney pots. The symmetrical facade presents three recessed sash windows with margin lights. A central doorway features a doorcase with plain pilasters, a frieze decorated with a raised lozenge ornament, and a double cornice.
