Description

This is a villa dating from approximately 1860. It is constructed of local grey gault brick with a slate roof, featuring a hipped form and a saw-tooth eaves cornice. Chimneys are located at both ends of the building. The villa is two storeys high. It has two recessed windows with sixteen panes to each sash. Two similar windows flank the off-centre doorway, which is set within a double recessed elliptical arch. The original front door has three round arched recessed panels.
