House, probably late C17. Timber framed, plaster rendered with soft red brick to gable ends and possibly part of front wall. Thatched roof of reed with rebuilt gault brick ridge stack. Three bay and lobby entry plan. Two storeys. Segmental arches to four casements probably in site of original openings. Three horizontal sliding sashes, C19, in square heads at ground floor. The doorway, opposite the stack, has an early C19 reeded doorcase. The rear wall has some exposed framing. Interior not seen.
