Description
Sunnyholme is a house built in the late 18th century or early 19th century, with later enlargements in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed from local gault brick and features a steeply pitched roof with parapet gable ends supported by shaped stone kneelers and a dentil eaves cornice. The house has a ridge stack and represents a late example of a single range lobby entry with a three-bay plan. It stands two storeys tall and has flat arches over three recessed hung sash windows from the mid-19th century. There are three similar windows at the ground floor on either side of the doorway leading to the lobby entry. The entrance is framed by an early to mid-19th century reeded doorcase adorned with typical boss enrichments. The interior has not been seen.
