HARROW ROAD NW10 St Mary's Roman Catholic Cemetery. Belgian War Memorial

II Belgian War Memorial. c1920. Portland stone. Rectangular corniced architectural surround, backing onto cemetery wall. Blocking course rising to centre like pediment. To centre, two inset columns with Byzantine style capitals, supporting frieze with inscription "Belgian soldiers 1914-1918" and flanking altar with sculpture of the pieta (sculptors signature illegible.) Further inscriptions to right, left and below.
