Description

No. 212 on Queensbridge Road is an early to mid-19th century villa that stands two stories tall with a basement and features three windows. The building is constructed of stock brick and has angle pilasters, with a stuccoed basement. It has a fairly low-pitched hipped slate roof with an eaves soffit. The sash windows are adorned with moulded architraves and glazing bars. The entrance consists of a four-panel door, topped with a rectangular fanlight, all framed by an entablature surround with a pediment. This property is part of a group that includes Nos. 204 to 212 (even).
