Description

A pair of semi-detached houses located on Heath Drive, built in 1907 by CHB Quennell. The houses are constructed of red brick with a tiled hipped roof, featuring gables to the front bays, dormers, tall brick chimney stacks, and overhanging eaves with a painted timber bracketed soffit. They are symmetrically designed.

The houses are two storeys and have attics. Each house has three windows. The outer bays have porches at ground floor level, featuring wide round-arched entrances with keystones and impost bands, recessed doorways with panelled doors, sidelights, and overlights. First floor windows are flush framed sashes with exposed boxing. Projecting gabled bays have canted bowed bays with four sashes on both the ground and first floors; the eaves soffit continues around the first floor. The gables have relieving arches and rectangular windows with chamfered angles. The first floors are distinguished by rusticated brick quoins and modillion floor bands. The central bays feature tripartite sashes to both the ground and first floors, with gauged brick flat arches and keystones over the ground floor windows. The interior was not inspected.
