GV II

House, set slightly back from the road. Early C19. In knapped flint with white brick dressings; hipped, slate roof with 2 plain white brick ridge chimney-stacks. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 3 window range: small-paned sashes in flush cased frames. A central 6-panel door in plain reveals has a semicircular fanlight with ornamental glazing. INTERIOR: not inspected. Attached across the front are low cast-iron railings and a matching gate with ornate pierced heads to the balusters.
