Description

12 and 13 Well Street is a pair of houses, likely originally built as one house, dating from the early to mid-19th century, with possible older elements. The houses are timber-framed and rendered, featuring a roughcast plinth and a shallow-pitched slate roof. There is an internal chimney stack with a rectangular red brick shaft. The buildings are two storeys high and have a three-window range, all of which are sash windows with a single vertical bar in flush cased frames. The entrance features two six-panel doors in plain wood surrounds. The interior has not been inspected.
