House and shop; now shop with storage above. Early C19 with a long C20 rear extension. Timber-framed and rendered; a shallow-pitched slate roof with a wide eaves overhang to the front but a steeper pitch at the rear. 3 storeys and cellar. 2 window range: sashes with a single vertical glazing bar in architraves with projecting hoods and sills supported by console brackets. A C20 shop front to the ground storey. INTERIOR: no apparent older core. Cellar below front range, formerly used as an office, has painted walling of brick, flint and stone and a fireplace in the north-west corner. A corner fireplace also on the 1st storey. The top storey has a slope to the rear of the roof and a flush wall at the front.
