Description
10 and 11 Well Street are a pair of houses built in the early 19th century. They feature a white brick front and rendered sides, topped with a slate roof that has a paired mutule cornice. The buildings are three storeys high and have cellars. Each house has two windows on the front: the ground and first storeys have 12-pane sash windows, while the second storey has 6-pane sash windows. All windows are set in deep reveals with wide flat painted arches and stone sills. There are barred segmental headed cellar openings located below the ground storey windows. Each house has an entrance door at either end of the front. The door for No.10 is half-glazed and has four panels, while No.11 features a 20th-century replacement door. Both doors have rectangular fanlights and wooden doorcases with pilasters and a cornice. The interior has not been inspected.
