Description

This is an early 19th century brick house, rendered with stucco. It is two storeys high and has a two-window front. The windows are wide, double-hung sashes with glazing bars set within moulded stucco architraves. A six-panel door is contained within a wooden doorcase featuring a cornice supported by console brackets, and it is topped by a plain rectangular fanlight. The roof is slate-covered and has a dentilled eaves cornice. Nos. 30A and 32 form a group with Nos. 37 and 39.
