Nos 23 and 25 Lower Brook Street are an early 19th century pair of houses made from grey gault brick, featuring a stuccoed ground floor. The buildings rise three storeys and have a four-window range with double-hung sash windows that include glazing bars, set in painted reveals. The entrance features two six-panel doors topped by plain rectangular fanlights, framed by wooden doorcases that have panelled reveals, pilasters, a frieze, and cornices. The roofs are covered with slate. Nos 19 to 39 (odd) are part of a group.
