Description

57 Berners Street is an early to mid-19th century brick house, which is now painted. The building stands three storeys tall and features a three-window range with double-hung sash windows that have glazing bars, set within stucco architraves that are shouldered on the ground storey. The central doorway is framed by a stucco doorcase with pilasters and a cornice supported by console brackets. The roof is covered with slate. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 25 to 89 (odd), Nos 32 to 84 (even), and Nos 90 and 92.
