Description

No. 72 Berners Street is an early to mid-19th century house constructed of white brick. It is three storeys high and features a three-window range with double-hung sash windows that have glazing bars, set in plain reveals and topped with stucco cornice lintels. The southern part of the house, which has a two-window range, projects slightly forward. There are raised stucco bands that run across the front at the window sill levels of the first and second storeys. The roof is covered with slate.
