Description

No. 9 Church Street is an early 19th-century house constructed of brown brick with stucco dressings, capped by a hipped slate roof. A central brick ridge stack rises from the roof. The front facade presents a three-bay arrangement over two storeys, with a dentilated eaves course. A rectangular brick porch, featuring a half-glazed door and a flat roof, covers the central doorway. Either side of the doorway are single glazing bar sash windows. The first floor has a small central casement window, flanked by single glazing bar sash windows. All windows are topped with plain, splayed stucco lintels.
