Description

No. 8 Soane Street is a late 18th-century red brick house that stands two storeys tall with attics and cellars. It features a three-window range with double-hung sashes that have glazing bars, set in painted reveals. A stucco band runs along the first-storey window sill level. The house has two six-panel doors, each topped with semi-circular fanlights that include radial glazing bars and are framed by reeded architraves. The roof is covered with slate and includes two flat-headed dormers, along with a moulded wood eaves cornice.
