No. 63 High Street is a late 18th century or early 19th century red brick house featuring a stuccoed parapet and cornice. The building stands three stories high and has a three-window range of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, set in stuccoed reveals and topped with stuccoed flat arches. The ground floor includes a 20th-century shop front designed in an 18th-century style, featuring a bow window with glazing bars. There are also two six-panel doors with small fanlights, which have panelled reveals. This property is part of a group that includes Nos. 57 to 63 (odd), Nos. 38 to 42 (even), the Church of St Mary Magdalen, and No. 46 with Nos. 1 to 13 (odd) Chapel Street.
