  1. A C18 brick front with a parapet and a modilllon cornice, probably to a C17 house. The front is now painted. 2 storeys and attics. 5 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in flush cased frames. The window arches have projecting keystones. A brick band runs between the storeys. A central 6-panel door with a semi-circular baroque fanlight has a wood doorcase with panelled reveals, panelled pilasters and an open pediment on console brackets. Roof tiled, heightened in the C18, with 2 pedimented dormers, A gabled wing extends at the rear with a C17 carved bressumer to the gable.

Nos 77 to 83 (odd) form a group with No 68. Also Nos 77 to 83 (odd) form a group with Nos 119 and 121 (Sorrel Horse Inn) and Nos 123 to 129 (odd), Fore Street.
