Probably a former farmhouse or service range, latterly used as dairy/cheese loft. Early C17. Timber framed and plastered, some rebuilding in red brick, pantiled roof. 2 storeys and attic, the first floor missing at the west end. Casement windows to ground floor, slatted diamond mullion windows to first floor; 2 doorways with boarded doors. Good 6-light moulded mullion window to first floor at west end, with a matching but incomplete window in the opposite wall; both these windows now blocked.
