Description

Brook Cottage is a cottage dating from the late 16th century to early 17th century, with a later inserted floor, possibly marked by the date 1799 at the apex of the left-hand gable. There is a rear extension that was added in 1975. The cottage is timber framed with modern plasterwork and features a thatched roof. It is a single-storey building with an attic and has a two-cell plan. The cottage includes various casement windows and a boarded door, along with an internal stack.
