Description

The pump at the southwest corner of the Town Hall is a 19th-century cast iron structure with a slightly tapering rectangular case and a pyramidal cap, set on a stone base. The upper panel is inscribed with "Ransomes Ipswich," while the lower panel features the local coat of arms.
