Description

The pump located in the middle of the village green in Brasted is a 19th-century cast iron structure. It is octagonal in shape and stands on an octagonal plinth above a square base. The design features a Gothic pattern with cusped blank arcading and an ogee cap. This pump is part of a group that includes Swaylands, Swaylands Cottage, No. 7 The Green, No. 1 The Green, The Old Manor House, and No. 5 The Green.
