Description

This is an irregular range of timber-framed buildings, likely dating from the 17th century or earlier, with alterations from the 18th and 19th centuries and 19th-century additions at the right-hand end. The building is two storeys high and has five windows. It has tiled roofs of varying heights and stuccoed walls. The windows are mostly sash windows with glazing bars, set in flush moulded frames. A 19th-century three-light sash window is located on the ground floor to the left. A modern glazed door in a moulded wood frame with a bracketed hood on thin pilasters is present at Dilgerts. Eversley features a modern half-glazed door with a stucco console bracketed cornice on sunk panel pilasters. Eversley and Dilgerts forms a group with Darenth Cottage, Markwick, Nigel Coleman Antiques, No 5 Barton's Cottages, Nos 1 to 4 (consec), Barton’s Cottages, Ivy House, The Old Bakery and Fig Tree Cottage.
