  1. A late C18 building with a red brick front. Formerly 2 tenements. 2 storeys. 4 window range (arranged 3:1), double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in flush cased frames. There is a splayed bay at the south end on the ground storey. A raised brick band runs between the storeys. 2 six-panel doors, 1 has a dentilled pediment on console brackets. Roof C20 tiles.
