Description

TA 0339 BEVERLEY LAIRGATE (east side) 9/135 No 31 2.7.69 GV II Late C18. Three storeys in red brick, the top one added late C19. Five windows, hung sashes with glazing bars. Top floor two windows only, plate glass. Centre wood doorcase with architrave, frieze with centre tablet, and dentil pediment. Door with 6 fielded panels and divided fanlight. Pantile roof. Eaves board.
