Description

36 Lairgate is a building of ancient appearance that has undergone significant alterations. It is one storey high with attics and features a rough rendered exterior and a pantile roof. A gabled dormer interrupts the eaves. The mid-19th century shop front includes plain pilasters, an entablature, and a cornice. A modern cornice disrupts the band between the storeys. The building has a plinth and an external chimney stack located on the right side.
