No. 33 Lairgate is an 18th-century brick warehouse featuring tumbled brickwork on the gable end. It has a dentil cornice and a pantile roof. There is one modern blocked opening above the first-floor hoist door, as well as a modern ground floor entry and a blocked round-headed doorway.
