Description

No. 8 West Borough is a building from the 18th century, possibly with earlier origins. It features colourwashed brick walls and a brick dentil cornice at the eaves. The roof is tiled with stone eaves courses and has been extended at the rear with a slate mansard roof. The building has two storeys and attics. On the ground floor, there is a 19th-century shop front that includes bay windows and a glazed door. The first floor has two modern casement windows. There are also two dormers in the attic, each with gabled roofs and side-hung casements.
