Ground floor has C19 shop fronts with vertical glazing bars. C19 doors, two solid panel, two part glazed. Stone string course at first floor level. First floor has 4 double hung sash windows with vertical glazing bars, stone surrounds, pediments, and cast iron balconettes. String course at second floor cill level. Second floor has 4 double hung sash windows with vertical glazing bars in moulded stone surrounds. Stone cornice at base of parapet. Brick parapet with centre recessed panel and brick capping.
