Description

Rock House is a late 18th or early 19th century building. It is three storeys high and constructed of red brick with a coping detail and a slate roof. The building has three windows, which are later hung sashes with glazing bars, set within cambered heads. The ground floor windows are contained within arched recesses. A stone band runs along the impost height of the ground floor windows. The entrance is marked by a moulded wooden doorcase featuring an open pediment and a radiating fanlight above a six-panel door, with two glazed panels. Five tiled steps lead to the entrance.
