Description

This mid-19th century building is located on Wells Road. It is a two-storey structure with a rendered exterior and a slate roof. The front elevation has four windows, each with rectangular dripmoulds. The second window from the right projects forward under a gable featuring carved bargeboards; the upper window lights have arched glazing bars. The ground floor also has three windows, similar in design, and a doorway set beneath an arched dripmould. The door itself consists of six fielded panels, framed by a moulded wooden surround with paterae. Brick stacks are visible, and two roof dormers are present.
