Description

Gothic Cottage is a mid to late 19th-century building designed in the cottage orne style. It is constructed of granite rubble with brick rusticated quoins and windows. The half-hipped tile roof features a central group of four brick stacks set at angles, which have brick diagonal-set cornices. The gables are adorned with ornamental bargeboards. The cottage has two storeys, with one window above another, featuring diamond leaded casements. There is a later door located under a glazed porch that has a small bargeboarded gable.
