Description

108 Wells Road is a building designed by architect C.F.A. Voysey, constructed in 1901. It is two storeys high with roughcast walls and stone dressings, topped by a hipped slate roof and a roughcast chimney. The first floor features three mullion windows, each with two-four-two lights and leaded glazing bars. On the ground floor, there are windows with two-five-two lights and shaped cornices. The doorway has a four-centred arched head.
