Description

No. 7 Mill Street is a timber-framed and plastered house dating from the 17th to 18th century, which was refronted in brick during the 18th or early 19th century and is now colourwashed. The building has two storeys and features a three-window range with double-hung sash windows that have glazing bars and plain reveals. The centre window on the upper storey is blocked. There is a central six-panel door, with the upper panels glazed, flanked by pilasters and topped with a small cornice. At the south end, there is a small 19th-century shop window. The roof is tiled and has a wood modillion eaves cornice.
