Description
No. 3 Bear Street is an early 19th-century house that features a timber frame and plastered exterior, which has been rendered in cement. The building stands two storeys tall and has three windows arranged in a 1:3 pattern, with a pilaster between the window ranges and additional pilasters at each end. The entrance includes a four-panel door, and the roof is covered with slate.
