Description

No 4 Bear Street is a late 18th century or early 19th century house with a stucco front. It has two storeys and features a two-window range with double-hung sash windows that have glazing bars and are set in shallow reveals. The central doorway is flanked by panelled pilasters and topped with a cornice. A raised band runs across the front of the building between the two storeys. The roof is covered with old tiles.
