Description

No. 48 High Street is a late 18th century, two-storey house with two windows. The front is finished in stucco with incised lines. The roof has been replaced with modern tiles and features a chimney at the right end. The house has stone cills and wooden architraves around the sash windows, which include glazing bars. The entrance has a four-panel wooden door set within a pilaster-and-entablature surround, complete with brackets supporting the cornice.
