Description

Number 1, Lax Terrace is a building dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is two storeys high and features two windows, giving it a long, low appearance. The walls are finished with lime-washed roughcast, and the roof is slated with end chimneys, one of which has been rebuilt. The sash windows have stone cills and wooden architraves, with glazing bars. The ground floor windows and the central half-glazed door have smooth lintels.
