Description

This is a timber-framed and plastered house dating from the 17th to 18th century, which was later refronted in brick during the 18th century and is now colourwashed. It is a two-storey building with a five-window front, although one window is blocked on each storey. The windows are double-hung sash windows with small glazing bars, set in shallow reveals. A raised brick band runs across the front of the building. There are two doorways, one featuring a six-panel door with the upper panels glazed and a moulded architrave. The roof is tiled, using old tiles, and features a heavy modillion wood eaves cornice.
