Description

The barn at Oldhouse Farm is a 17th-century structure with a timber frame that is weatherboarded and topped with a corrugated iron roof. It features a four-bay plan and has an off-centre gabled projection on the south side. There is a later brick addition to the east, which is not considered of special interest. Inside, the barn has arched braces supporting the tie beams and two rows of butt-purlins, with the upper row featuring curved wind-braces.
