Description

This is a building on Market Hill, dating from the 19th century. It has a stucco front with decorative detailing. The building is two storeys high with an attic, and features a roundel in the gable of the slightly projecting central section. There are three windows on the first floor, with the central window featuring a segmental pediment and arched windows on either side. The ground floor has five arched windows, including three in the central projection. A cast iron lamp with a scrolled bracket is positioned at first-floor level. It forms a group with numbers 11 to 15 Market Hill.
