Description

Number 27 on St Nicholas Street is a building dating from around 1840. It is three stories high and has two windows. The structure is made of brick and is painted. The lintels above the windows are stuccoed and designed as flat arches, featuring vermiculate keys, and the sash windows have only centre glazing bars. The roof is covered with pantiles, and there is an eaves soffit. The ground floor has a wooden shop front with a moulded entablature. Number 27, along with Number 26, forms a group.
