No 28 on St Nicholas Street is an early 18th-century building that stands two storeys high. It features a single casement window on the first floor and is constructed of painted stucco with a pantile roof. The shop front, dating from the early 19th century, includes panelled pilasters, a central entrance, and rounded ends to the entablature. Some medium-sized panes of glass remain in the windows.
