Description
No. 2 St Nicholas Street is a 17th-century building that stands two stories high with an attic. It features two gabled dormers and a steep pantiled roof. The first floor has two flush frame sash windows, each with central glazing bars. The exterior is plastered and colourwashed, with an eaves soffit and an overhanging first floor. The ground floor has an early 19th-century wooden shop front, which includes channelled pilasters and a central entrance with a six-panel door on the left, accessed by steps. Nos. 2 to 6A St Nicholas Street form a group.
