Description

Number 3 on St Nicholas Street is a 17th-century building that has been altered over time. It features a plaster exterior, an oversailing first floor, and panelled pargetting at the rear. The building is two stories high and has three windows. The shop front, which dates from the 19th century, includes double doors on the left with a divided fanlight above. The roof is covered with pantiles. The building also has 19th-century rusticated quoins, an eaves cornice, and consoles supporting the sash windows, which have center glazing bars only. Numbers 2 to 6A on St Nicholas Street form a group.
