15, West Street

15 West Street is an early 19th-century building with a stuccoed facade. It features a cornice above the second floor, an eaves cornice, and a blocking course. The second floor includes a bracketed label above the window. The first floor features a three-light bow window with a dentil cornice and pilasters. There is a modern shop front at the ground level.
