Description
This is a 19th-century building of three storeys. It has two windows and a slated roof with a gabled front and bracketed eaves. The exterior is stuccoed. The second floor has two segmental arched sash windows with bracketed cornices. The first floor features splayed bow windows with pilasters that support an entablature. A wooden shopfront is present, featuring pilasters and modified consoles carrying a projecting cornice. The shop window has been altered, and the doorway has a fanlight. The building is included on the list for its group value, together with numbers 31 to 39 (odd) and the return of number 1 Crescent Road.
