Description

No. 7 Promenade Square is a late 18th or early 19th century building, altered subsequently. It is two storeys high and originally had two windows. The construction is of coursed grit stone rubble, with a bowed front that has a pebble dash finish to the gable. It has a Welsh slate roof with a carved bargeboard to the gable. A later three-light window was added to the ground floor, featuring a cornice. A modern porch has been introduced. The building is included on the list for group value, forming a group with Nos. 7 to 12 (consecutive), Promenade Court, Cornwall Road and the return of No. 30 Swan Road.
