Description

This barn, located approximately 30 meters north of Beech Farm House, dates back to 1698 as indicated on the east gable and 1681 on the west gable. It is constructed of red brick and features a steep reed-thatched roof. The north side has centrally placed double doors and ventilation loops on the west side. There is a later lean-to extension at the north-east corner, as well as another lean-to on the south side. The barn has crow-stepped gables on both the east and west sides, with additional ventilation loops and a blocked upper opening in the west gable. This building is included for its group value.
